Sardine Supply drops two collections each year - Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer. Our collections are considered and limited so get in quick to be sure you don't miss out.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic standard shipping (AusPost) can take up to 2-7 business days.

Express shipping (AusPost) can take 1-3 business days.

International shipping may take up to 14 business days.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

Free standard shipping Australia wide. 

$9.95 for Express Delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders will be charged an AU$35 flat rate delivery fee.

Sardine Supply cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.

Express and international shipping have additional costs.

Our international shipping is currently on hold as we change providers. International orders will be able to be placed from 7 October 2023.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full refunds within Australia on all full priced items within 21 days from the date received. Items returned later than 21 days will not be accepted.

All items must be in original condition, unworn and with tags attached (any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered cannot be returned).

The cost of return shipping is handled by the customer, however in the event of a faulty item the customer will be reimbursed shipping costs once the item has been received and inspected.

Pre-order allows you to purchase an item ahead of its release day. Our pre-order process is typically made to order and will run for a limited time only. Once the pre-order process closes you will not be able to purchase the item.

Pre-order items will be dispatched once received to the Sardine Supply warehouse. Your items will then be shipped to you and you will be notified.

Please note: If you purchase any in-stock items along with your pre-ordered item, we will hold all items until the pre-order item arrives and they will be shipped together. If you wish to have them sent seperately, please put them through as two seperate orders.
