Refund policy
We have a 21-day return policy (for all Australian orders), which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To organise a return/refund, please email us at 'info@sardinesupply.com' and include your order number and the reason for return in your email. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address once the return is confirmed over email:

Once we have received your email, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The cost of return shipping is handled by the customer, however in the event of a faulty item the customer will be reimbursed shipping costs once the item has been received and inspected.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can sort the matter for you as soon as possible.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note we do not offer exchanges due to the limited collections we carry and cannot promise that your desired item will be available for exchange.
SALES
All sale items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless faulty. All items included in a sale are not eligible for exchange due to limited sizing availability.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend checking the specific measurements for each item to ensure you are choosing your right size. You can also get advice from our team at info@sardinesupply.com.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to honour the sale price on past orders, irrespective of how recently your past order was placed.
Other discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with the online sale offer, this is inclusive of the 10% welcome code.
