Shipping policy

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

Free domestic shipping within Australia. 

$9.95 for Express Delivery. 

Delivery time after dispatch is approximately 2-7 business days within Australia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders will be charged an AU$35 flat rate delivery fee. Delivery may take up to 14 business days from time of dispatch.

International orders are shipped using AusPost. 

Sardine Supply cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.

PRE ORDER 

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting info@sardinesupply.com 

If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received.

You will be notified directly should there be any delays to the indicated pre-order timeframes. 

TRACKING 

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, typically within 1-3 business days of you placing your order. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have not received your tracking details 4 days after placing your order, please get in touch.

• All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.
• We are not responsible for your local duties or taxes. As Sardine Supply is Australian-based, you may be subject to transactional fees. Please contact your bank for further information.
• Orders are dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday). 
• Shipping during sales may be delayed due to a high volume of orders, please allow an additional 2 days for your order to be shipped.
